About the event

Welcome to our Carnival Day! ACE Active Supports and Spectrum Social Squad are excited to partner in a fun-filled morning of sport, games, and friendship at the Cottage. The ACE Coaches will be facilitating a variety of activities that work on skill development and progress into mini games and friendly competitions, as well as a couple of larger group activities. There will be options for low intensity and high intensity activities.

We will start the morning all together with group movement, and then split into three* rotations for our Skills in Sport Sessions. In between each, there will be the opportunity for short breaks. At the end we will do a group activity all together before sending everyone off to enjoy the rest of their Saturday.

*Our activities are numbers dependent and we may increase the number of rotations if required. The more people who join our day, the less tickets will cost,…

Always was, always will be Aboriginal Land.

Spectrum Social Squad would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we have the privilege to work, learn, and grow.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, work, and gather—the Yugambeh people of the Gold Coast. We honour their enduring connection to land, waters, culture, and community.

We pay our deepest respects to Elders past and present, and we extend that respect to all First Nations people joining us—now and always.

Spectrum Social Squad warmly welcomes all visitors to our website and community.

We also recognise the strength and wisdom of Autistic and Neurodivergent voices, and celebrate the diversity that enriches our community.
